Blue Ribbon was Seattle’s first cooking school to create culinary corporate team building classes over 20 years ago. Having executed thousands of successful team building events over the years, we can boast an unparalleled list  of corporate clients from coast to coast, and even internationally.

Cooking-based team building fosters the organizational positives of open communication, thoughtful resource allocation and successful risk taking. Whether competitive or collaborative, working together in the kitchen breaks down barriers and builds bridges.

Blue Ribbon offers many different hands-on culinary formats for your team building event with options that can be added on such as wine tastings, mixology classes, Pike Place market tours and boat cruises. Each of our formats creates different dynamics and we undoubtedly have at least one that will suit your needs. We are also happy to customize any of the formats we offer in order that they accommodate your event requirements.

From an intimate pre-determined menu class for 10 guests with one chef instructor to a 180 person Iron Chef style competition with a venue full of chef instructors, Blue Ribbon can, and will, step up to the plate for any of your culinary team building needs.
