Historic Heritage Square, the last remaining residential block of the original Phoenix townsite with the Rosson House Museum, is the perfect setting for your event. There are spaces available for personal, group, community, nonprofit, and corporate events.
The Pavilion is an excellent outdoor venue for larger group events and the “mall space” on the Square is suitable for a festival or community event.
There are meeting rooms available for rent, too, on Historic Heritage Square. The Lath House has two rooms for your next board meeting, club meetings, or other event while the North Meeting Room has a whiteboard for lectures and presentations, and it holds forty theater style. The South Meeting Room has a large conference table, and it holds about twenty people.
The Rosson House Museum is a magnificent two-story Queen Anne-Eastlake brick home. A spindled moon gate arch frames the wrap-around front porch. Rich red glass transom in the front rooms cast a magical aura. An opulent staircase descends to a parquet floor in the entryway, making this an ideal spot for a small intimate affair. Brick walkways line emerald green manicured lawns under a canopy of seasonally colorful shade trees and lead to the Lath House Pavilion. This contemporary structure, influenced by 19th Century concepts of a botanical conservatory and gazebo, is perfect to handle a large number of guests. In this setting, there is room for dining, dancing, and entertainment. A catering kitchen is available.
